Michael L. Dion, age 47, resident of Fargo, ND, formerly of Lakota, ND, died Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at Sanford Hospital in Fargo.
Michael Luman Dion was born April 21, 1975 in Grand Forks, ND, the son of Roy and Glenna (Evenson) Dion. He was raised in Lakota, graduating from Lakota High School in 1995. He attended technical college in East Grand Forks, where he was trained in auto mechanics. Michael began working for Rydell Auto Center, then Strata Corporation as a heavy equipment mechanic until the time of his death. He was married to Tricia Dion.
Michael was survived by his father, Roy; his brother, Wayne (Bernadette); a niece, Aubrianna; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Glenna.
A Graveside Service for Michael and his father, Roy, will be held at the Lakota Cemetery, Lakota, ND, on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.
