Harold
"Hal" A. Lee ( Tolna, ND ) was born on August
5, 1942 and died on December 19, 2010.
Harold
was born in Devils Lake ND and spent his youth in his
beloved hometown of Tolna, ND, hunting, fishing and
working on the family farm. Harold graduated from
Tolna High School and went on to college at North Dakota
State University in Fargo, followed by four years in
the U.S. Army. He then went on to Bismarck Hospital
School of Nursing where he graduated with his RN degree
in 1968 followed by St. John's College in Fargo where
he graduated with a degree in Nurse Anesthesia in 1971.
Through his lifetime memberships in Ducks Unlimited,
National Rifle Association, and the Dakota Territories
Gun Collectors, Harold was able to combine his generosity,
passion for hunting, love of travel and meeting new
people into a lifetime of lasting friendships with people
from all over the country.
Harold
was preceded in death by his father Oscar and is survived
by his mother Lorraine, Tolna, ND; siblings David Lee,
Tolna, Laura Ellen Crockett, Palm Springs, CA, Lloyd
(Ginger) Lee, Tolna, Dale (Millie) Lee, Marsh,
UT, and Vern (Cindy) Lee, Minot, ND, daughters Laura
Maynes, Albuquerque, NM, and Lynn Schultz, Hillsboro,
ND, and son Eric (Jackie) Lee, Rochester, MN.
He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services
for Hal will be held on Thursday,
December 23, 2010
at 2:00 PM
at Trinity
Lutheran
Church,
Carrington,
ND.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday,
December 22, 2010
at Stanley-Iverson Funeral Home, McVille,
ND,
beginning at 4:30
PM with
a 6 PM
service for family and close friends. Visitation will
continue one hour prior to services in the church.
