Tilda Lee, age 97, resident of Aneta, ND, died Saturday, May 14, 2011 at the Aneta Parkview Health Center in Aneta, ND

Tilda Franklin was born May 7, 1914 in Kloten, ND, the daughter of Halvor and Anna Franklin. She grew up in the area and graduated from Kloten High School . After school Tilda married Julius Lee in July of 1936. They farmed in the Aneta area. Julius died on August 7, 2007.

Tilda was preceded in death by her parents, husband Julius Lee (J.M.), and son Terry.

Tilda is survived by her 3 children: Richard of Washington, DC, Julianne of Fargo, ND, and Paul of Aneta, ND; her sister Thelma Otterson of Aneta, ND.

The funeral for Tilda will be held at the Aneta Community Church in Aneta, ND on Saturday, May 21, 2011 at 2:00 PM. Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM until the time of service in the church on Saturday, May 21, 2011. Interment will be in the Silent Hill Cemetery, rural Aneta, ND.
