LeAnna L. Fitcher, age 61, resident of Tolna , ND died Thursday, October 13, 2011 at the Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, ND.

LeAnna was born June 20, 1950 in McVille , ND the daughter of Omar and Magna (Urvand) Fitcher. She grew up and was educated in Tolna, graduating from Tolna High School in 1969. She worked at the J & S Café, Q & R Processing Plant and most recently the Fargo Assembly Company in Michigan, ND. LeAnna had the ability to make people laugh as many of her customers in the café would tell you. She enjoyed reading and doing crossword puzzles. LeAnna's greatest joy was her grandson Devin.

She will be missed and remembered by her daughter Dana Fitcher of Tolna; grandson Devin Fitcher of Tolna; sisters Doris (Reuben) Dakken of Tolna, Junis (Larry) McMahon of Vail, AZ; brothers Lloyd (Joan) Anderson of West Fargo, Myron (Bernadine) Anderson of Boise, ID and Raymond (Muriel) Anderson of Mesa, AZ; along with many nieces and nephews.

LeAnna was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Russell Anderson, Roar Anderson and Harold Anderson.

Memorial services for LeAnna will be Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at 10:30 AM in the American Lutheran Church of Tolna, ND.  Officiating will be Pastor Russ Christiansen.   Organist will be Linda Luehring.  Interment will be in the Tolna Cemetery. Arrangements with the Stanley-Iverson Funeral Home, McVille, ND.
