Donald Quanbeck, age 66, resident of McVille , ND passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at the Nelson County Health System – Care Center in McVille.

Donald was born September 2, 1944 in McVille , ND the son of Leander and Anne (Collins) Quanbeck. He graduated from Garrison High School in 1962. After graduation he returned to the McVille area to farm. Donald enjoyed farming and raising horses.

Surviving members of the family are his sister Mary (Don) Voss of Tintah, MN, nephews Kelly (Alison) Voss of Tintah, MN and Curtis (Jessica) Goreham-Voss of Iowa City , IA.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Orville.

Graveside services for Donald will be held in the spring at the Norway Cemetery , rural McVille. Arrangements with the Stanley-Iverson Funeral Home.
