Mark Mosholder, Sr., age 53, resident of Hannaford, ND passed away Sunday, May 2, 2010 at the Meritcare Hospital in Fargo, ND.

Mark was born March 19, 1957 in Jamestown, ND to Earl and Colleen (Young Bear) Mosholder. He grew up and attended school in Jamestown and Hannaford, ND. He entered the United States Army on January 25, 1977 and received his honorable discharge on November 23, 1977. Mark traveled throughout the upper Midwest before settling back in Hannaford.

Mark is survived by his son Mark, Jr. (Molly) Mosholder of Navarre, FL; his mother Colleen Mosholder of Hannaford; brothers Donald Young Bear of Bismarck, ND, Kevin Mosholder of Hannaford, Charles (Marion) Mosholder of Hannaford, Ronald (Tracy) Mosholder of Newport News, VA and Robert (Alicia) Mosholder of Colorado Springs, CO; half sister Vicki Lange of Spokane, WA; half brothers Kenneth Mosholder of South Florida, FL and David (Reva) Mosholder of Tampa, FL; along with numerous nieces nephews and cousins.

Mark was preceded in death by his father Earl and sister Katherine Young Bear.

Funeral Services for Mark will be Thursday, May 6, 2010 at 11:00 AM in Faith Lutheran Church of Hannaford. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 5, 2010 from 4 PM to 6 PM with a 6 PM prayer service in the Cooperstown Funeral Chapel.  Officiating will be Reverend Jessica Merchant.  Organist will be LuAndrea Haugen.  Casketbearers will be Mark Mosholder, Jr., Ronald Mosholder, Charles Mosholder, Kevin Mosholder, Robert Mosholder and Shaun Perkins.  Military honors by the Mervin J. Armstrong Legion Post #113 of Hannaford. Interment will be in the Faith Lutheran Cemetery , Hannaford , ND .
