Troy Schaible,
age 43, resident of Tower City, ND, formerly Aneta ,
ND died March 2, 2008 at his home in Tower City .
Troy
was born September 18, 1964 at Fort Carson , CO to Patricia
(Casey) & Sidney Schaible. He grew up in the Aneta
area and graduated from Aneta High School in May of
1982. From 1982 – 1986 Troy served in the United States
Navy. He later worked for several petroleum equipment
companies; Hobbs of Grand Forks, ND, Petro-Tex of California
and Kleespie of Morris , MN . In 2001 Troy started his
own petroleum business out of Tower City , ND . Troy
was an active member of the Dakota Riders Motorcycle
Club. He loved his “Harleys”, he loved to collect them
as well as ride. He helped organize several fund raisers
within the club.
Surviving
members of the family are his mother Pat Berreth and
stepfather Larry of Aneta, ND; father Sid Schaible and
stepmother Patricia of Leola, SD; maternal grandmother
Elaine Casey of Forbes, ND; brother Trevor Schaible
of Aneta, ND; 3 sisters Teresa (Ed) Fuglestad of Northwood,
ND, Lisa (Schaible) Ellerbroek of Alexandria, MN and
Kristina (Schaible) Bond of Brooklyn Park, MN; 4 nieces
Sheyanne and Dakota Fuglestad of Northwood, ND, Kaleah
Ellerbroek of Alexandria, MN and Brianna Bond of Brooklyn
Park, MN; nephew Malik Bond of Brooklyn Park, MN; along
with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Troy
was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Ben
and Lorraine Schaible and maternal grandfather John
Casey and uncle Larry Casey.
Funeral
services for Troy will be Thursday, March 6, 2008 at
1:00 PM in Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Aneta, ND.
Celebrant will be Father Richard M. Fineo.
Special music will be performed by Ellen Zimprich.
Casketbearers will be Matt Myres, Bart Larson, Kenny
Wobbema, Jake Louden, Dewey Driggers and Gene Belling.
Honorary Casketbearers are the Dakota Riders Motorcycle
Club. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 5, 2008
from 4 PM to 8 PM in the Cooperstown Funeral Chapel
and continue one hour prior to services in the church.
Interment will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery , rural
Aneta , ND . Arrangements with the Cooperstown Funeral
Chapel.
