Marion E. Werle, age 73, resident of Lakota, ND, died Monday, September 10, 2007 at her home in Lakota.

Marion Elizabeth Weisbrick was born July 31, 1934 at Fessenden, ND, the daughter of Frank and Elizabeth (Vandeberg) Weisbrick. She was raised in Fessenden and Velva, ND. Marion moved to Riverdale, ND, and married Freddie Meyers. She lived and worked there until Freddie's death. She then moved to Minot where she worked as a waitress. It was there that she married Bill Werle. They later divorced. Marion moved back to Velva for a short time before moving to Lakota. She worked as a waitress at Sherno's Caf é in Lakota until her retirement. She continued living in Lakota until her death.

Marion is survived by her sister, Lillian Cronberg of Maple Grove, MN; and her brother, Frank Weisbrick of Hibbing, MN.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Freddie Meyers.

A Graveside Service for Marion will be held at the Lakota Cemetery on Tuesday, September 18, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Officiating will be the Reverend Joel Westby.
