Ann Weber

Ann Weber, age 101, resident of Northwood, ND, formerly of Larimore and Michigan, ND, died Tuesday, July 3, 2007 at the Northwood Deaconess Health Center in Northwood, ND.

Ann was born March 12, 1906 at Lismore, MN, the daughter of Charles Sr. and Mary E. (Berning) Weber.  She was raised on her parents farm and attended school in the area.   In 1929, Ann moved with her family to Michigan, ND.   She worked at various jobs in the area.  She moved to Wadena, MN and was a cook at the local café there.   In 1941 she moved to Larimore, where she was the housekeeper for Fr. Mulvaney until 1966.  She then moved to Michigan where she worked at the Kite Café for many years until her retirement.  She became a resident of the Deaconess Health Center in 1999.

Ann will be missed by her 3 brothers, Bill (Theresa) Weber of Wadena, MN, Bob Weber of Larimore, ND, and Charles Weber of Michigan, ND; a sister-in-law, Helyn Weber of Larimore, ND; and several nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; 5 brothers, John Weber, Frank Weber, A.B. Weber, Leo Weber, and Lawrence Weber; and 2 sisters, Josephine Yoney and Margaret Sonderland.

Funeral services for Ann will be held at the Church of St. Lawrence O'Toole, Michigan, ND, on Saturday, July 7, 2007 at 10:00 a.m.  Concelebrating the Mass will be Fr. Scott Sautner and Fr. Thaines Arulandu.  Music will be provided by the St. Lawrence O'Toole Church Choir, Dolly Devlin will be the organist.  Interment will be in the Michigan Cemetery.   Casketbearers will be Buel Sonderland, Gary Sonderland, Don Sonderland, Bill Weber Jr., and Richard Young.  Visitation will be held at the Church on Saturday, beginning at 9:00 a.m. with the Rosary beginning at 9:45 a.m.
